About Project
The redesign of the Bank Mellat application focused on improving its user interface and experience, enabling users to interact with banking services more efficiently and effortlessly. The aim was to create a more intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible application to enhance overall usability.
Problem
The key challenge was addressing the outdated design and complex navigation system, which often frustrated users. The redesign needed to accommodate various user profiles while improving accessibility and efficiency.
Solution
The redesign incorporated user feedback and modern design principles to deliver a streamlined interface. Features like simplified navigation, better visual hierarchy, and improved accessibility were introduced. Special attention was given to optimizing workflows, such as fund transfers and bill payments, to reduce the number of steps and enhance user satisfaction.
Results
The redesigned application significantly improved the user experience, increasing efficiency and accessibility. Early feedback from users indicated a marked reduction in navigation time and higher satisfaction with the app's usability.
